Michael Consulting (MC) was established in 2016 by founder who have over years experiences in providing accounting and tax consultancies. A lot of learning’s have been gained through this long experiences in providing clients with our advices, especially in the area of assistance in tax audits, financial & accounting review, fiscal correction and filling annual tax return, providing back up data for the company in filling tax return or during the tax audits’ process, designing a comprehensive tax review, reconciliation / equalization of tax’s objects (Article 21, 22, 23, 26 and vat) and representing client in the appeal to tax authority and also to tax courts.

The Founder
Michael, S.E., Ak., M.Ak., BKP., CBC., A-CPA., QWP®, AEPP® (who is also called Mike) is a Partner of Michael Consulting and a Lecturer of Accounting in the Accounting Study Program at several Universities in Indonesia. He is an experienced practitioner in accounting, involved various tax advisory, tax compliance, and tax disputes resolution projects, where he has represented various national and multinational companies. He advices a wide range of domestic and international clients across industry sector and provides tax advice for private clients.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Persada Indonesia YAI. He received his Master’s Degree in Accounting (M.Ak) from the University of Tarumanagara. His master thesis is entitled “The Effect of Capital Structure, Company’s Growth and Profitability on Firm Value with Inflation as a Moderating Variable (Empirical Study on Non-Financial Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Period 2012-2015)”. He received his Accountant’s Degree (Ak.) from Accounting Professional Education (PPAk) the University of Tarumanagara.
Michael has a certified tax consultant with Brevet C qualification, which is the highest qualification for a certified tax consultant in Indonesia, who is eligible to represent all kind of tax payers/residences, including foreign company and Corporation with foreign direct investment. He holds a license to practice as tax attorney (taxation, customs and excise) who can accompany or represent the disputing parties in litigation in the Tax Court.
He is also involved as a trainer or speaker in several tax trainings or seminar, held by private institutions and universities. His also the Administrator of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Sub-Sector of Finance & Capital Market.
